In fact, because of various circumstances we have not traveled in six years yet I went back to Sue Scaletta knowing that she would do a good job. Once our flight was canceled and we had to meet our cruise ship at a different port. I was on the phone with her at 11 o’clock Eastern time to try to book another flight out the next morning. Needless to say, we were completely confused as to what to do next and she took control. We did get a flight the next day. We were very thankful for that. She knows us and our travel needs so very much personalizes her approach! Thankful I just got lucky years ago when I contacted her travel agency and she became our agent!

Not sure how I was lucky enough to find her, but she is THE most exceptional travel agent I have ever collaborated with. She has always guided us through sometimes very difficult problems that have come up with our cruises (Covid issues, problems getting refunds because of medical issues etc.) She has booked cruises for as small as 2 people and as large as our recent family cruise to Hawaii for 30.
