Based in San Jose CA, Sue Scaletta, began providing travel services in 2004. Since that time, our agency has grown to having clients all over the United States, Canada, and Mexico. The Beginning
For more than thirty years, my love and passion for travel has provided me with unforgettable life-time memories. It has been incredible going to new places, experiencing new things, and meeting new people. To this day my memories of my trips are firmly planted in my mind as if I took the trip yesterday.
I’ve always loved to travel so it was a natural transition for me to create my own independent travel agency to use my expertise in making my clients’ vacation experiences become a reality.
When I began traveling, like most of you, I used a travel agent to help me with my plans. Then as the Internet emerged, I began making my own travel arrangements. That led me to making travel arrangements for many of my friends which resulted in the next natural progression of becoming a travel agent specialist.
My agency was established in 2006. In May 2014, I began agency Cruise Travel 247 and became an Independent Affiliated Agency of the Avoya Travel Network. My agency has repeatedly sold over a million dollars in travel over the last several years.
Even in the most challenging times of a year plus living through Covid, we continued to service our clients, always with the intent of their best interest. During that time, we helped customers through a time of unprecedented turmoil dealing with Future Cruise and Travel credits and countless refund issues.
In 2020 and 2021, our travel agency’s roll became even more invaluable with so many vacation suspensions due Covid-19.
